Last Day of School!!!

I just dropped the kids off for their very last day of school :( They get out at 11:30am today. I believe there will be an icecream party too! I'm hoping I'll be able to go back over there in a little bit to take some pictures of the kids' class. I'm really looking forward to not having to get up at 6am every morning...I probably still will, but I won't have to rush to get people dressed, lunches made, and teeth brushed by 7:30am ;) I went in the week before last to request the 2nd grade teacher for the kids' next year. I don't know a single 2nd grade teacher, so I asked other parents and teachers for advice. I'm pushing to get the kids to be in the same class again this next year. It's so much easier when they have the same teacher and home work...and they don't fight at all in class either! Hopefully the principal will allow it again.

I've been enjoying this new version of Blogger! One thing I don't like though is that people have to be signed up with Blogger in order to leave me a comment.

I want to beef up the security around my house. We have had a few things happen around here in the last two weeks, and it's freaking me out!! I miss living on a dead end...now that this road is going through and houses are being built right next to us, there's been a lot more unwanted traffic, vandalizm (spelling? lol), theft...so on, and so forth. I'd really like to just move. I seriously doubt we could sell the house very quickly though. Actually, I'd like to be able to just move the HOUSE! lol I want to live in a safer place...although a lot of the "safer places" are becoming more and more unsafe. It's just ridiculous.

Okay, I need to stop thinking about this now. I've been scaring myself and getting myself down about this for the past few days. On to bigger and better things..........coffee!! Yay! Mine is ready now...cya later :)
