I'm still alive.......just wanted to let you know...lol Yet again, I haven't felt like blogging for the past week. We didn't end up having a garage sale after all, which I am very happy about!! I am going to take a few things over to Jen's today for her neighborhood garage sale. We will probably just work on getting our stuff together and participate in our neighborhood garage sale in the Fall ;)

The kids got to go to Chuck E. Cheese this last Wednesday!! They both got over 40 points in their Acclerated Reading at school! That means they read about 100 books each this year...I'm so proud of them :) To be able to go to Chuck E. Cheese you had to get at least 40 AR points, and out of their class, only three kids got to go...Josh, Abby and another little girl who was the smartest kid in class until Abby arrived...now they are both the smartest (or atleast that's what Abby likes to say! lol). It's so sad that so few got to go...it boils down to the kids' parents not caring enough to get their kids to read :( Anyhoo, Tim and I both went with the kids, and we all had a blast :)

I'm working on another new design for A Joyful Heart!! This one will be more professional and clean looking...it's been hard work because I normally go for busier more graphic intense layouts. Tim has been helping me a lot. He has a really good artistic eye ;)

I have Bible study this morning...I'm thinking about dropping out though. We are doing "Breaking Free" by Beth Moore. I'm not getting much out of this study...the topics just don't seem to be relating to me much. It's weird because soooo many people have told me how awesome this study is, but unless you have certain problems and issues in your life, I don't see it being all that great. Beth Moore IS wonderful though...don't get me wrong ;) I haven't totally decided what I want to do yet...I'm going to talk with Jen and Carol this morning...maybe Carol will have a fresh spin on it for me that makes me want to continue on! lol

I'm going to be watching a friend's kids the last week of May :) I believe the boy is 11 or 12, and the girl is about 8 or so. I'm hoping my kids and her kids will get along well...and I'm getting paid! I'll be watching them 4 out of the 5 days of that week, and it will be from about 7:25am-6:15pm! That's a looooong day :P

Alrighty...I'm going to skidaddle...hope everyone else is doing well!!! I haven't seen any cicadas yet, so we are cool here :P lol
