I gave Paint Shop Pro a try today...I had been nervous about trying to draw with it, but it really doesn't seem to be that different from Photo Impact!! Editing the nodes was quite a bit easier too...I'm very pleased with PSP ;) Here is my first illustrated design using PSP:
