Thanks for all of the compliments and congratulations!! I really appreciate y'all being excited for me :) I finally got the rest of the linkware sets uploaded to the new site, so it's pretty much, all done! I do need to fix the alignment of the resources page, though. It's all wonky for some reason :p

I'm going to a brunch at church, this morning! I'm baking the sausage & egg casserole right now...oh! The timer is going off...un momento. K, back...lol Oh man, this thing is HUGE!! I'm not too sure exactly *how* I will get it to the church... It's too tall to cover with foil. Ugh! This means I have to actually use my brain this morning...I was hoping it wouldn't come to this :p

I ordered something new for home schooling, the other day! One of my fellow home schooling friends told me about 5 in a Row, and how much she and her kiddos love it...soooo, I checked it out, and ordered Volume 1. It was only $19.99 for the first volume, and it will cover 19 weeks worth of work. The whole concept of 5 in a Row is that you read the same story, 5 days in a row, and your daily math, language, art, social studies and science are all built around that one story. I figured I'd try out the first book. If I don't like it, it was only $20 and I can maybe sell it to someone else...I think I will like it though. It sounds really neat :) My only fear is that Joshua and Abigail will complain about reading the same story, five days in a row! lol My friend's kids totally enjoy it, so hopefully mine will too.

We are almost finished with the Kindergarten curriculum!! We finished the math workbook, and are just about finished with the phonics one. I'm looking forward to starting the 1st grade stuff! Awana is starting this coming Wednesday night, so I have planned to incorporate their Awana homework in with the daily home schooling :) I think it will go better than it did the first year they were in Awana. I wasn't home schooling then, so basically, we'd just plop down on the floor, in the middle of the day, and the kids had to sit there and try to memorize a Bible verse. I wasn't in a teaching mode, and they were normally in a playing mode...not so, anymore ;)

Well, I guess I should scoot off! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!!
