It's raining here, today...it's been raining a lot here, lately. I'm not complaining though! I think it's been keeping the temperatures down for us :) I have some happy news to share...I think we will be heading to the beach again, in October!!!! We went for the first time, last August. A guy that Tim works with has a condo down in the Gulf Shores area in Alabama. It is so gorgeous there... His condo is on the 8th floor (top floor), is right there on the beach, and the balcony faces the beach!!! It was perfect last year...I wasn't able to go on the sand, because of my broken ankle and the hole in my foot (that's gross, I know...sorry :p). Soooo, I got to spend a lot of time, out on the balcony. It was just as good as being out on the sand, for me :) That was my first time EVER to actually be at a beach. Needless to say, I am VERY excited about actually going out to the water, this time around! Tim is just waiting to hear about his vacation days and a confirmation on the actual days we can be at the condo.

I'm feeling extra sleepy today... We went to bed around 10:30pm, last night, and got up around 7am. My head and my eyes just feel so heavy...the coffee isn't working :p Oh! The kids will be going to their first night of Awana, tonight!! They went to the kick-off dinner, last week, but this week they will be saying their first verse and the Spark motto :) They have both done a great job with memorizing the verse...I'm so proud of them! Abigail is just amazing...she has the verse memorized right away, and even remembers it a few days later! Joshua takes a little more time to get it straight in his head, but once he does, he does a great job :)

I tackled the kid's bedroom, this last weekend! It's soooo nice and clean in there...and in their closet, too!! I should take a picture...it probably won't last all that long :p Nah...I'm having them straighten it each day, if it even gets messy. So far, so good ;)

Okay, I feel like I'm rambling right now, so I think I'll end here... Hey, I listed a new Aortal link over there on the left! Go check out David King's awesome art!!!! I want to buy some soooo badly...he is amazing ;) Toodle-loo!!
