The luncheon went well today, but I'm exhausted now!!! There was soooo much preparation! I really enjoyed having my friends over though :) We took Sara's mattress out of the kids' play room this morning, so that the kids could play in there. I haven't been up there since everyone left, and I'm kind of afraid to see the mess they most likely made in there!!! They had a good time though...that is the most important thing :)

Tim has said that I might be able to get an inside dog!!! Josh is allergic to both cats and dogs, but more-so to the cats. I'm looking at Poodles and Maltese doggies :) I've found one adorable Maltese named Spanky!! Isn't he cute??!!! His story is sad :( I e-mailed the animal rescue place to find out if he is still available, and he is! The lady who replied to my e-mail told me that Poodles are even better for people with allergies, though. That's something to think about...I really wish I could find a sweet little dog who is in need of a good home, who doesn't cost and arm and a leg... I guess if the Lord wants me to have a dog, He'll create the right circumstances for me :)

Anyhoo...I MUST get the homeschooling started now. Even if my brain is mush...must do it!!! lol
