This was last night's post...publishing was down :(

I meant to post here earlier, but never got around to it! Joshua is doing just fine today :) He's been running around like normal alllllll day...lol Thanks again for all of the get well wishes and cyber hugs! You guys are wonderful :)

John and Sara are here right now. We just polished off the rest of the enchiladas I made yesterday. Poor Tim missed out on it! He had to stay late at work :( I do have some leftover enchilada filling, so I'll be able to whip him up an enchilada when he wants :) I need to post the recipe for the enchiladas in the recipe section of my site! They are soooo easy to make, especially if you are running short on time and have to use canned chicken, instead of grilled. They are mega-delish too!

Anyhoo...I need to get some things together for a committee meeting I am going to tomorrow morning. Laurie and I haven't started on the goody bags for the ladies' retreat yet, and we really have to start that soon. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but it's fun, crafty work :)
