Wow...I can't believe it's been four days since I've blogged!! A few things have happened since then...let's see... I had my very last physical therapy appointment yesterday afternoon! Of course my ankle was super sore when I was finished there. We've decided that I have a mental block when it comes to walking correctly. My subconscious is afraid of the pain that will happen when I bend my knee while I walk. So, to avoid that pain, I end up flat footing and hyper-extending my knee. It's pretty frustrating at times because I don't consciously not bend my knee. To me it seems like I am unable to bend my knee when I walk...which I know now is not true. Grrrrr...please pray for me!!!! I've made a commitment to myself and to God to FOR SURE do my excercises TWICE a day from here on out. I told my physical therapist that I'd come back in four weeks for a little check up with her. I would love to be walking normal by then. It doesn't help that I'm pms-ing right now either...I'm Miss Weepy :(

Anyhoo...on to happier things. I had a four other mothers over today and my kids got to play all morning!! I made chili cheese enchiladas for everyone and we had a blast ;) I am so grateful for the friends I have made at Community Bible Church. There are so many wonderful women there! I look forward to our next play date...maybe with a few less kiddos though. It got pretty loud around here...

I better cut this short. I'm working on the goody bags for our Spring Refresh-Her at church on Feb. 23rd! I'm becoming the goody bag queen! lol Laurie and I have already decided to sign up to make the goody bags for this coming Women's Retreat in September! It's so much fun coming up with fun crafty stuff to give to the ladies ;) I hope everyone is having a great week so far!
