My goodness!! It is mega windy this morning!!! The chairs on the back patio or blowing over and I keep hearing sticks hitting the kitchen windows! We live on a dead end and have a big side lot of land next to us, on the other side of that is a woody area. The wind blows like crazy across the side lot and really blasts you if you are sitting out back. It's kind of annoying...especially if you are trying to talk on the phone... Anyway, today is like day number 4 of rain I think. There are spots in TN that are flooding too. Luckily, not here ;)

Did I mention the Christmas party for Tim's work that we will be going to? It's this Saturday night :) My lovely friend Diane has agreed to come over and babysit for us!! I haven't been to a Christmas party in two years I think! It will be neat to finally meet all of the guys I've been hearing about at the end of Tim's work day ;) I might even hit a few with my crutches...lol Just kidding...would I do that??

I've really gotten into this whole on-line shopping thing. I've ordered several things over the past few weeks! And yes, it's been sooooo much easier than wheeling around a store or having to hop around on the crutches. I don't like the "not having it right away" part though...that part stinks!! lol I haven't become addicted to the shopping yet, so that's good ;)

Today is another cakey kinda day for me! This time it is just a regular sized cake. BUT, it too will be adorned with my funky colored frosting...mwahh-ha-ha-ha-ha... I also need to clean the kitchen. Ick. Well, it's going on 7:30am so I better scoot and start Tim's breakfast!! Sleeping Beauty should be waking up soon ;) lol I hope y'all have a great day!!! :) :)
