Good morning everyone :) I hope y'all had a great weekend! The birthday party went well yesterday :) I thought I'd share a few pictures with you guys! These are both thumbnails, so if you click on them you can see the full pic :) Here are the groovy cupcakes I made!

I was thinking of Zee when I did the swirlies! lol The kids watched me decorate all of them and gave me a few suggestions too :) I got a little carried away with the decorating though, and invented a new Birthday tradition...Birthday Hands:

The party part was great! There were only four kids (including ours) so it was small :) They all four ran around the house together and had a blast with each other. We then opened presents and they all went off to play with the new goodies :) We ordered pizza for lunch and then cosumed the cupcakes! The kids played for another hour and then they went home. Tim and I both agree that this was the least stressful birthday party that we've ever had! We used to try to cram games, presents and cake all into a one hour slot PLUS we'd have like 5 or 6 extra kids too! Can we say "tiring"?? lol We will be having ANOTHER birthday celebration for the kids this coming Saturday. The only thing I have to do for that is bake another cake, and this time it's NOT going to be cupcakes ;) I'm kinda cupcaked out for now...lol We will be meeting up with Tim's sister, Sara, and her boyfriend and we'll let the kids open their other gifts here, have cake and then go bowling! They've never been bowling before...should be interesting ;)

I better scoot. Time to get ready for church!! :)
