Woohoo!!! Good news :) I went for my check up this morning and the plastic surgeon said that the skin graft looks great!! The two small sections that aren't doing so hot should fill in he said. So, I don't have to see him for another 6 weeks! That's how good it's doing ;) He told me I can start doing gentle stretches again and then to just do whatever my ankle doctor tells me to do on Monday. To give you an idea of just how stiff my ankle is, I can only move my toes up and down. The rest of my foot/ankle is pointing more downwards and is majorly stiff. I'm sure the therapy will be painful, but I'm just praying that it will work quickly once I start it so I can start walking again soon!!

LOL Michelle!! I have no clue what "banana folding" is, but "bandana folding" is, well, the folding of bandanas! :) And, the cute actor in Never Been Kissed is Michael Vartan!

We just finished our homeschooling for today and it went really well!! We practiced our "e" and our "3" today :) Exciting! The kids caught on pretty well too!

I can't believe Thanksgiving is coming up already!! You know, it was exactly 6 months yesterday since my accident. Time has just FLOWN by!!! It really does seem like Christmas was just here :( We weren't planning on doing anything for Thanksgiving since I thought I would be unable to get up and cook and clean, but we may end up going to Shoney's for Thanksgiving dinner :) YUM!! I love Shoney's...they have great "hot cheese" too! "Hot Cheese" is what my kiddos call macaroni and cheese :) Awwww...poor Josh just came down stairs crying because he misses his Daddy :( Time to console him...

Okay, he's all better now :) We are now watching "The Land Before Time". It's funny how movies can console kids sometimes! lol Personally, I think it's a pretty depressing movie, but they like it a lot :) Back to Thanksgiving...so we get to go out since I can now have my foot down for however long I want! Of course, if it gets all achey and swollen, I need to cut back on the down time. Tim has Thursday & Friday off too, so it will be a fun four day weekend for us! May even do a little after Thanksgiving shopping ;)

I need to come up with a Christmas design for my blog this week! The Pixelitas are having a decorating contest that non-members can join in on too! It will be fun to see what everyone comes up with :) The Divas of Design are having a Christmas contest too...this one is for a set though. So, I actually want to try to do two Christmas designs :) That is, AFTER I finish up this cross stitch project that I've been working on the past month. It's a gift for someone, so I MUST finish it soon :) Okee-doke, time for lunch now...guess this is enough rambling for today! :)

I forgot to mention that there is a new linkware set :) I actually created it a few weeks ago for the DOD November competition, but there were so few entries that the sets were just posted in the Goodies section. So, I figured I'd link to it here and maybe post it on my graphics site as well...here it is! The theme was communication :)
