Oh my goodness...this is TOO COOL!!! We were watching Friends this evening and both Tim and I saw something dark dart across the living room into the dining room. He got up and turned on the lights and we found a little dark grey mouse!! It took a good 5 minutes or so...maybe 10....to actually catch it, but Tim did it!! He had doorways barricaded so the mouse wouldn't escape, and I was trying to block the way into the living room with my one good foot and the walker! LOL We have our love seat in the dining room (since we don't have an actual dining room table yet) and the little mousey kept darting in and out from underneath it! It was a hilarious sight watching Tim flip the love seat around to catch the little cutie :) Well, he is now residing in an empty cake container from Albertson's (the yummy chocolate one I posted about the other day ;) lol We put some cracker crumbs and cheese in there for him, but he isn't eating it. I think he is still in shock maybe. So, to make this whole story even cooler, Tim is out right now trying to get today's paper at KMart so we can look at the ads and he's hoping he can get a little cage and supplies for the mouse there too. I just finished fixing myself a Cafe Latte (yum!!) and hopped back into the living room with it....when I got to my couch I saw another little dark thing dart around from my couch to our purple couch!!! We must have another one!!!!! LOL I can't wait to tell Tim as soon as he walks through the door... Problem is, he can't exactly throw the big purple couch around as easily as the love seat ;) lol I'm keeping an eye out for the little guy right now. So far he hasn't come out from under the couch. We were wondering how the first one could have gotten in, and now that I have seen this second one come from beside my couch I think they came in through the fireplace! My couch is right in front of the fireplace so it's an even darker area back there than usual. Yes, we have a weird set up right now in the living room...it's a mess :p I can't wait for the kids to see our new little pet(s) in the morning!!! :) :) Whew...just thought I'd share that fun little experience :) Good night!
