I am so excited!!! I had a wonderful homeschooling time with the kids today :) Joshua was so well behaved! He did start out whining a bit and I had to ask him how we were supposed to act during school time. He knew the answers to that question and dropped the attitude ;) So, my first question of the day was "Joshua, what are phonics?" He answered right away that phonics are the sounds that letters make. I told him he was correct and praised him majorly because he's had trouble answering that simple question the past two days. Once he realized that he had actually LEARNED something he was so excited and exclaimed "Hey, my brain is happy...it knew something!!!" That right there just made a huge difference for him and he was very into learning the rest of the time :) Thank you Lord!!! I've been praying and praying that we'd have some kind of break through with Joshua and homeschooling :)

We haven't heard from Aunt Joy & Uncle Kevin yet. They are supposed to call us when they get close to Nashville. I guess that's it for now...just wanted to share that happy experience with everyone!! ;)
