So, I went to the doctor this afternoon, and everything looks fine he said! This was one tiring experience though... Tim got here around 3pm and asked if I could just drive myself because he needed to finish up some work since he left work early. So, I gave it a try. It took a little while to get used to doing everything with my left foot. I didn't kill anyone on the way there...so I guess I did okay ;) Once I got to the hospital, I noticed that the valet parking guys had already left! grrrrrr I drove around a little and found a spot that wasn't too far away from the door, but with my purse in tow it was far enough!! I finally made it inside the hospital and waited around to for my name to be called. I went straight to x-ray, and asked if I could get a copy of my x-rays by any chance. Edie (the x-ray chick) informed me that it would cost me a bundle, but that she could give me one of the first x-rays next time I came in. Well, she ended up just taking an extra shot of my foot for me today and sent it home with me!! I want to scan it in and post it sometime...I've got some nice hardware in there! lol Robotic chick...that's me ;) The doctor gave me a new cast thingy. I know have a small air brace that I can wear with tennis shoes. They even told me that I can start to walk without the crutches when I'm ready! I'm not ready...I'm too scared. Plus, I can't move my foot hardly at all! It's way too stiff... I have a sheet with exercises on it that I am supposed to start doing now. The trek back out to the car was just as hard as going into the hospital, I survived though. Man, it is HOT here! I was dripping with sweat by the time I made it back home...blech

Time to go check on the noodles....
